Spring paid me on time, they use an online system called 'the contractor portal' where you can see your contract and accept or decline online, also enter timesheets and view invoices on there.
I used them for the last 8 months before current gig. Not always paid on time and sometimes delayed payments for up to 1 week because of stupid mistakes. Also their timesheet system is appauling. I have literally faxed over timesheets up to 5 times before they have been approved. Real headache. Nevertheless I got all my payments in the end....
