If you pay peanuts, expect monkeys.

However, for short contracts and adhoc/bidwork, you need 'freelancer' sites, rather than jobserve.

If you are quibbling over 99USD to hire a few staff, then perhaps you'd like to include in your advert that you're a mean boss as well, so the staff who are good at their jobs and know it can avoid you.

No one wants to work for a scrooge.

I have three positions for 300 usd / month work from home. ( e-commerce and personal assistance ) ( building related bizes in entrepreneurship )

On odesk some folks dared asking 5.55 usd to 10 usd an hour. When 300 USD / month is about 1.86 USD / hour. What a jokers. I couldn't get that kind of money in the UK last year and some folk thinks I will pay him 5 USD / hour and they didn't even read the full advert. Don't get me wrong I am not a scrooge. There is a person out there who will work for that kind of money , build my business and become an owner in it later on.

Now that the roles have switched it is me who say who lives and who dies. Life is good again..
