I'm sure there are but just depends how long you want to wait - I have used sub-contractors from other countries in my business to build websites and sme of them have been very good and others not so good.

when you cant spell wanted and you dont want to pay to attract talent - maybe this particular endeavour will stumble early on. Free jobsites may attract applications but not always the right ones......

On the other hand SVN, MySQL, Linux, TomCat, GCC are free. Not to mention CUK.

Nothing wrong with looking at free options, assuming quality is proportional to rate is how dodgy consultancies sell graduates at £1000/day - "they must be good to charge so much".

I couldn't get that kind of money in the UK last year and some folk thinks I will pay him 5 USD / hour and they didn't even read the full advert. Don't get me wrong I am not a scrooge. There is a person out there who will work for that kind of money , build my business and become an owner in it later on.

Now that the roles have switched it is me who say who lives and who dies. Life is good again..

If you are quibbling over 99USD to hire a few staff, then perhaps you'd like to include in your advert that you're a mean boss as well, so the staff who are good at their jobs and know it can avoid you.

If you pay peanuts, expect monkeys.

However, for short contracts and adhoc/bidwork, you need 'freelancer' sites, rather than jobserve.
