Also tell the client you aren't getting paid. Depending on the client they will either shrug and say it's your problem or phone the agency and give them a rocket.

And definatly follow this advice, while i would doubt either of these agencys would go under one should never never take the risk (because even big agencys can go under, though rare),because if they do go under contractors are pretty much screwed.
Hiccup's happen, but if an agency cannot sort it in a few days it's not a good sign
For what it's worth people in Dublin also having lots of issues and all though the local support staff are ok .. the staff based at the contract portal are terrible.
I'd like to know what was wrong with the old system...at least that worked.
I've informed my employer and won't be renewing my contract with them unless this rectified very quickly.
