Noone as I wouldn't be installing that bloated heap of carp in the firstplace.

I have worked through both.

In principle it depends on the scope and scale of the implementation.

For truly global projects of an enormous scale i would suggested IBM (i.e. ex PWC) to be the company of choice.

For anything less than mega-implementation the I would recommend Axxon
