I went for a role for a 2nd line support analyst in the interview I found out its 3rd line. I was offered the job but at the same rate as what I went for (2nd line) tried to up the rate but agency wasnt having it. Anyway due to current situation I accepted.
NOW
I get the contract through the post with wrong length of contract, NOT the 3 month that agreed but only for 8 weeks and also NOT the hours agreed. I went in thinking its 37.5 hours the client told me its only 35 hours, on the contract it still says 37.5.
When I spoke to the Agency he said its only guide lines!
Anyone ever had similar issues?
