I have an interview for a contract tomorrow.

However, the same agent who set me up for tomorrow just called saying "If that does not go successfully, there is another role I have, and I can put you forward for."

Does that mean that he knows something I don't, and thinks I do not have a chance tomorrow, or am I reading too much into it?
