    Capgemini Technical insterview.....

Anyone worked for Capgemini? did you have a technical interview?

    what exactly does this mean????

I have an interview Thursday first hour is a Technical interview then 30 minute interview to discuss my CV

First time I've had a layout like this.

I have but a good while ago, they treated contractors OKish at the time.

Technical interview means one of their techies will talk to you, the other one will probably be the Manager you'll be working for. The skill is to steer the techie guy towards not asking you stupid low level questions that you can't answer without a compiler.

When I went for an interview a Cap' , techie guy looked at my CV and then said there's no point in asking any technical questions. (I got the contract)

That's the way we like it. Same scenario for more than half the phone interviews I've done.

Yes on first 2 questions. Regarding the 3rd question, it depends on who is interviewing you. You could be asked a number of questions about your area of expertise to see if you know your stuff, or you could be given a few sheets of paper to to write your answers on. Really depends on who is interviewing you.

As long as they don't ask you to type "interview", or to spell their company name correctly, you should be OK.

Saying that I would have thought that would have been enough to have got him to job
