Good one. For the right person the rate is a fair few factors higher. I'm after pros, not chancers.

It just seems like it may start in good faith and end up with agents and chancers posting up false rubbish to get details. Least of all it's not really a question about contracts, more trying to get free talent without bothering to use the standard routes.

If you knew this place you would know the OP is not random (well, not totally) and is a well trusted poster here so the job can be trusted.

Am considering a contracts section but this will bring more recruiters out of the wood work and I am not sure we want that. At the minute I am happy for trusted users to post jobs on here to help them out but if this was open to all it would increase agents on here fishing for details and could be a PITA.

Again, I am happy for regulars to post jobs on here to help them out. If there are regular job posters here who are agents or post false jobs then let me know and will happily ban them.
