Agency has tried to switch to monthly payment without notice.

The agency and management team behind it have been through insolvency/liquidation before.

WHS - run like the wind.

Agency is going bust - why else would they need to break the contract in this way? Contractor can terminate immediately as it's a breach of warranty in the contract.

Start chasing for late payment, and limit the credit. Talk to the client about any concerns you may have.

        Hi

A related question, my agency are refusing to put any payment schedule details into the contract, they do offer a weekly run but won't put any details about it in the contract.

Is this unusual? At the moment I'm not signing until payment details are added.

        Thanks
