    How to word IP-ownership clause?

A draft contract has the following in it:

The Client will own all Intellectual Property and Inventions produced by the Consultant absolutely
Obviously the aim is clear, but is it implicitly clear within the context of a contractor-client contract that this means 'all work the consultant is paid for'? Client is aware MyCo has other ongoing work and I know them personally so it's for completeness rather than expecting to need my ass covered.

after "produced", insert "as part of the performance of the Service" or similar, assuming Service has been defined above as the contract deliverable.
