No but I tried offerring agents some money if they secured me a role that met my expectations including rate back in 2001!I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

No, because my agency don't do any negotiation whatsover on my company's behalf.
I'd do the opposite - if/when I agree a rate rise with the client, I will request that all that rate comes to me - the agency gets nothing extra.Comment

I'd never offer money to the agency working on behalf of the client. They don't help matters at all when it comes to rate rises.Comment
