Harder than previous years, not so much about, more people looking, and rates are down.
But I have been lucky, as I've only had 1 week between contracts.
But then again I've taken a 25% cut this year to keep myself in business.
75% of good money is better than 100% of no money.
Its a matter of supply and demand, with supply currently outstripping demand.

Same here got put forward for four got an interview for one(best CV good interview)Originally posted by *Alterego View PostI have to say my phone is going crazy in the past week from nothing. I have been put forward for 4 roles. One of those I had an interview for this morning. I have a fifth one in the pipeline which they will confirm this evening if they feel I am suitable after scouring the market more which is what they said. I am really not sure what is happening for me this week but I hope I get one of the roles.
nearly 2 week back but nobody wants to make a decision these days case it wrong and the end up on a redundancy list. so you wait and you wait and you do a little more waiting gah!!!Comment
