My work mate here contracts through them.

For European Jobs they (used to, may still) have a high margin policy.
Seem to be in the normal range for UK work though.

Been working via Harvey Nash for a few years and found them to be very good - IR35 compatible contracts, pay within two weeks of invoicing, even buy you a beer every now and then

Currently working through on one contract (but the German branch) and have had no problems.
