Are their agents who deal in 'real' B2B?

It seems all the IT contract agencies view what they're doing as very similar to employment recruiting... find an individual to go work for their client.

I work as a small software company - providing my own team to take on a whole project for a customer/client. I've been busy since I started up, but never had to look for new work before - things just turned up. Now I can see a gap looming and I have little idea where to find new work, other than loitering around technical forums or blanket-bombing random companies with emails/letters just in case.

Are there agencies who link up clients with software studios/consultancies, in the same way recruiters link individuals with employers? I've not found sites where companies advertise they're looking for a software development company, other than global sites like RentaCoder. Do they exist?

edit: apologies for the moronic spelling mistake in the title. Long day...

Not sure, why not try tendering for some work though with government projects.
