Thanks - If the focus is margin, then that might happen - if the focus is delivery, then it might be my original suggestion. Personally I'd rather have someone in on a lower margin, who promotes my services, leaves a good impression and leads to repeat business, than a monkey who sells himself at £10 a day cheaper, and can only do a half assed job........ But I'm starting to think I'm a little bit odd.....
