No - I want the contractor, the client and my network to do the work for me, and allow me to stitch it all together. It's called taking the path of least resistance, and when it works, it promotes you to the heights of being a trusted supplier, and a trusted consultancy, who clients turn to for recommendations on their interim team strategy, instead of being "that Dodgy Agent that just wants a few quid". It's really quite simple - you should try it....."Being a permy is like being married, when there's no more sex on the cards....and she's got fat."
