      Q? - Can a agent make use of client co's HR reference(my previous client co HR wont directly hire - they use PSL)?. If my CV is not selected, I'd want to tell this guy - 'i've advised my client co HR to blacklist your agency 'cause you phish' or something to that effect.

      Actually i'd love to threaten every agent who'd ask for a reference
