Yeah things have picked up slightly the first half of this year was abysmal tho' lets hope nobody pours weedkiller on the green shoots

Rates both lower; one about 10%, t'other a bit more.

But more than enough to cover expenses and carpet the bottom of the warchest!

I don't expect to command top rates in this financial climate but a few more months of green shoots and we may see them start to rise

Far more likely, if green shoots they turn out to be, that a certain Scottish person and his chancellor are going to urinate on them.
