There must be few of us. The company cannot pay due to legal situation - they cannot trade at all.

Have you been able to get in touch with them? What info have you got?

Sure. They are answering calls, but not replying to emails. I was told few times the payment are on the way.
But once again - if they are dissolved they have no right to trade unless restored, the accounts are frozen.

Does anyone know how long the process of adm. restoration can take?
Are they in material breach by not paying us on time in this case?

              responses i got from R2

Further to your quire regarding the current status of R2 International (UK) is as follows.

The temporary dissolving of R2 International Ltd (UK) on Companies House registrar is due to an accounting and annual return mishap and the company will be reinstated within the next few days and will be able to resume normal business. The reason for the mishap was due to a disagreement with our factoring company who has a debenture registered against our book debt. Their failure to remove the debenture resulted in the late filing of the company’s annual return This situation has been resolved and the Crown has authorized a Waiver to be sanctioned thus allowing the re-instatement of R2 International’s operations in the UK. Unfortunately Companies House are experiencing a bit of a back log hence the slight delay.

As soon as this is in place all contractors will be paid. I assure you, we will have a smooth flow of business going forward.

Should you have further questions or need more information, don’t hesitate to get back to me.

              Best regards,

              Ranjit Paul

              Thank you for your reply,

My apologies for the delay on the payments.

We have the money in our bank account to make all the payments to consultant. However, as the Companies house has not yet taken our name off the Companies dissolved list. Which is why, we are facing problems transferring the funds to your account. The Companies House has assured us to get this sorted out within the next 24 hours, hopefully it should be sorted out by Monday 8th Feb 2010. We will have fast track transfers made to all our contractors, you should have payments into your account with 24 hours.

There is no excuse, I can give, to change what happened. However, please be assured this will not happen again!

              Thanks and regards,
              Ranjit Paul.

                    R2 International

You have been working with R2 for the last one year, however R2 has been in the market since 2004. Before 2004 R2 was incorporated as Revolution since 1999.

R2 International was reinstated yesterday and all measure has been taken to ensure, the company is running smoothly here on.

Everyone goes through a high and a low face of life, this could have been one of those rough turf R2 had to go though.

It is purely up to you to do what you want to do! and Decide who you want to work with!
