Management company's assistance - Fin. Crisis

I am planning to choose a Management company for invoing client, and split mode.

But am scared of hearing many bankrupt cases these days due to Fin. Crisis, Could you suggest me?

Don't. Either go with a normal Umbrella company or set up your own ltd co.

Anything other than these two options is going to get far too much attention from HMRC.
