    Neural Network Programmers

Does anyone happen to know of a good and / or cheap (I know, I know ... mutually exclusive) neural network / support vector machine / Kohonen SOM programmer?

I've a research gig on at the moment that may develop into something and I need to work with someone on a very lightly funded proof of concept.

Also: do we have anyone here who's ever worked in diabetes testing?

I did spend quite some time getting into neural network programming 20 or so years ago but couldn't find a market that was interested and gave up.

My Dad has been diabetic since I was about 6 and I have often wondered in what ways computers might help. But it never went anywhere.
My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

Er, aren't you replying to that guy who's wife posted on here to tell us he was mad, a conman, and now in prison?

        From earlier today:

        Oops. Another one.

Personally I know some theory but wouldn't apply for a NN gig. But I could probably find programmers from the gaming sector who have worked on it. Depends what you consider cheap though.
