Does not have to be a black list, just honest feed back regarding agents!

Some are bad, some are good....

Lets ID the good, bad & ugly ones and then people make their own choice!

To be honest it's about the Board Admins allowing the posting of heresay comments about commercial businesses (agents) in a list of name and shame.
It would invite libel actions, it's not illegal, but it could be defamatory and lead to civil actions for damages.
