That doesn't sound like a "sideline", it sounds like basically doing your main job for an additional customer. Of course it's OK to use the limited company. It's not as if every company has to register its "primary customer" with Companies House or anything.

OK, sideline probably wasn't the right term. Like you say it's an additional client - just needed some confirmation from the "long in the tooth" guys on here
