But you may want to speak to Certes, who had put me forward for a role @ FCO / HP in MK. You never know, they may have something on their books.

Objective
The Antivirus Specialist provides the highest level of expert knowledge to the internal Firecrest Antivirus management and support arenas. This comprises third level support of McAfee and Symantec products running on Windows based Server infrastructure and interfacing with any third parties for third or fourth level support issues. Checking network connectivity. Team collaboration with other engineers. Following Incident and Problem Management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* NT4 / 2000 / 2003 Server Support Skills
* McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Server 3.6.1, 4.0
* McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 7.0, 8.0
* Symantec SCSP/SEP/ESM
* Experience of HP Openview Tools such as OVOW
* The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo government security clearance and the post is conditional upon such clearance being granted
* Certifications such as MCSE, CNE, MSP, Cisco or similar certifications would be preferred.
* Knowledge and experience of ITSM/ITIL Reference model.
* Minimum of 5 years previous Technical Support or similar experience.
* Very strong problem solving and resolution experience.
* Strong troubleshooting skills -- must be able to solve technical problems that are complex in nature.
* Able to use independent judgment to solve complex technical problems.
* Very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs.
* Very good verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible, willing to work on the weekends and holidays to meet business requirements (on call rotation)
* Very good interpersonal skills

To manage and coordinate all high priority incidents. Provide accurate information to management reporting on events taken place within all incidents, where and when required. To manage and assist in call quality and data capture for all JSDT areas.

The Messaging Specialist provides the highest level of expert knowledge to the internal Firecrest Microsoft Exchange server management and support arenas. Design and implement network solutions following structured and recognised practices. Actively participate in consulting for new project design elements. Lead certain project elements with minimal guidance as required. Contribute in design/work-groups as required. Provide knowledge transfer to Operations staff (e.g. in relation to the use of Cisco Products, Network Architecture). Performing analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems
- RADIA SPECIALIST
The Radia Specialist provides the highest level of expert knowledge to the internal Firecrest Radia management and support arenas. This comprises third level support of Radia server infrastructure components along with second line support for the client base.
- SERVER SPECIALIST
The Server Management Specialist provides the highest level of expert knowledge to the internal Firecrest server management and support arenas. This comprises third level support of server infrastructure components and interfacing with any third parties for third or fourth level support issues.
- SM7 CONSULTANT
Experienced SM7 consultant. Able to lead the integration design, development and implementation component of the programme, ensure coherent of the implementation across process work streams, work with and influence the customer and consultants in those work streams. Experience in either Service Manager or ServiceCenter is essential. The role will involvce liaising with an integration consultant responsibloe for the Connect-IT tool and other member of teh SM7 implementation team.
