 If you are one of the last employees to be taken on during a downturn and they start making redundancies do you think you might be near the head of the queue? Particularly as they don't have to pay you so much redundancy money if you've been there less than 2 years I think.Comment

 Don't forget that you'll have a hell of a job convincing them that you aren't doing exactly what you have metnioned here.
