newbie contract advice

Can anyone give me some advice about what to look out for when negotiating my first IT contract?

I've no idea what to expect other than it'll be something like an employment contract I suppose??

Any tricks the agencies like to pull on naive first-timers?

Look at the First Timers section it is all there------------>

And as a rule of thumb, if it's anything like an employment contract, it's wrong! You are a supplier, not an employee.
