Best thing to do is to write to the HR department of every major companies asking if they are looking for CRM specialists. Best suggestion would be to try and find out line manager names so you can talk direct and that way get a feel for when any roles may be coming up and what plans they would have.
Pretty much what an agent would do anyway.I don't want to achieve immortality through my work... I want to achieve it through not dying...Comment

But finding the HR and holding by mails, really hard and tougher.
