    Wouldn't bother with HR, they will only be interested if they actually have a CRM role on at the time, otherwise you will find your CV consigned to filing.

    Best suggestion would be to try and find out line manager names so you can talk direct and that way get a feel for when any roles may be coming up and what plans they would have.

    Pretty much what an agent would do anyway.

    But it is hard to find the company's HR mail ids. Viewed long back for contracts without agencies somewhere in this forum, but couldnt able to find back.
