    Hourly timesheets IR35 friendly?

I'm received a standard contract from my agent that he claims is IR35 friendly. However, there's a whole section on timesheets and hours delivered by the "service provider" as a basis for payment.

This sounds very "deemed employment" to me. Has anyone had a contract properly reviewed that had similar conditions and passed? I know idelly that the contracts should be aimed at project deliverables, but a plumber charges for hours worked and doesn't get IR35'd, so I'm not sure whether I need to argue it's amedment?

plenty of businesses charge by the hour, i don't see why it would be a problem
    Chico, what time is it?

Charging by the hour is no problem in isolation. If everything else is in order, that alone will make no difference. If you're worried, there are plenty of IR35 contract review specialists who will give you an opinion for a couple of hundred sovs.

        hourly rate

Used a plumber or seen PCworld service charges?

Both charge by the hour. Its only the IR that believe being paid hourly is a problem.
