    Company: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Job type: Contract
    Date posted: 02/09/2008 13:40:49

    DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FALSEY INFLATED RATES BEING ADVERTISED BY MY COMPETITORS AT THE MOMENT - SEE HOW EASY IT WAS TO GET YOUR ATTENTION AND MAYBE CVS WITH THIS RATE? :-)

    IT RISK AND SECURITY/CLAS CONSULTANTS PLEASE READ THIS GREAT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - This is the genuine route into this project....

    * Experience of risk assessment for IT security accreditation, preferably in a government setting
    * Previous experience of working for a government department a plus
    * BS7799 experience
    * Experience of writing RMADS and performing risk management calculations to IS1

    Apart form the speling issues it will probably be quite effective.

      So £300 - £100 per day, and then they add on market rate
      Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

        This advert has been doing the rounds on Jobserve for a while, I think it originally accompanied a legitimate(probably not) advert from a rival agency with very high rates.

        This particular pimp seems to put up quite a few strange adverts.

          Circle recruitment... Tariq is the poster. Funny guy. Spoken to him a few times. That's his general style of posting.

          If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

              Don't know if he is a good recruiter. Have never landed a job with him. But if push comes to shove, he would get you a job. Have heard instances of him buying candidates meals (especially if female ones) if they land a job via him.

                Whatever he is the advert is composed by an illiterate spiv who would not be worthy of selling second hand motors on my car lot.

                    I've spoken to him a few times too.. not sure what to make of him. He seems a nice guy alright, but on the first time we spoke he insisted on exclusivity (!) and got a bit pushy. Got the impression he wears a baseball cap the wrong way round. He also made some very high claims on his capabilities and contacts in the UK industry (red rag to a bull for me, emphasis on bull), but even after giving the benefit of the doubt i've seen nothing substantial arising from this particular recruiter or agency.

                    Aye, eye catching ad alright though.
