        I had EXACTLY the same line from Harvey Gash, seemed like a really genuine bloke, really honest, then he dropped that exact line and rather than telling him he is a @@@@@@@@@@@ i just bit my lip and hung up

          i went through them for my first ever contract, and the guy i dealt with was really nice and didn't ask for any references or other crap.

            The problem is, the market has been flooded with new, unexperienced agnecies, making previously good agencies panic; they then become desparate and unprofessional!
