I have just started contracting and my Agency is monthly paid and all the other bods are weekly paid so i wish to change over to there Agency.
I have spoken to said Agency and they are happy to represent me but where do i stand legally, have not had a chnace to look over contract again but could i give notice to current agency and then join the other

I made the same mistake in my first contact 20 years ago. Taught me a lesson. It was not my only mistake either.
