    RealIT Contracts

    Hi Guys,

I'm talking with this agency called RealIT at the moment and was wondering if any one has had dealings. Spefically I want to know if they have provided a contract that was IR35 safe.

    Thanks.

Yes I have, their standard contract wasn't very IR35 friendly but they will allow you to make changes. I would say they aren't one of the best agencies I've dealt with. Their commision tends to be very high, and I had a lttle trouble with one of their reccons but they were good prompt payers
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Yep here too - big mark-up but prompt payers...
