Oh, sorry - look out for someone calling themselves Oaksoft. Although he would dispute that he is an agency in the classical sense.

I know of more than one. Never actually worked with anybody who went on to form an agency but do know people who did work with them.

The usual deal is that they work at a client, place some 'friends' there and then find that they can do it full time.
