    working a 4 day week - ir35 implications ?

I have come across an opportunity to work a 4 day week Mon-Thu.

Ideally I woud like this reflected in the contract terms - rather than as an informal agreement - but not sure how do it and keep the safe side of IR35.

Anyone been / is in a similar position that can offer some wisdom ?

It has an effect if the client is telling you that is how you will work. However, you telling them that's how you will work is a pointer away from IR35. If you can get the work defined in terms of deliverables rather than days on site, even better.
      Blog? What blog...?

I did hear of a vet with a one day a week contract to work at a racing stable who got clobbered by the IR - which seems more than a little harsh, if not stupid, but when did that ever stop 'em
