i found that due to the whole IR35 that it is good to take out a good form of insurance and i found Caunce O Hara pretty good.
If you have a clause of substitution in your contract, then you need to have employers liability insurance - as how can you provide a substitution and not be legally responsible for it ... so i found Caunce O Hara pretty pricey but good!Comment
