        If it's running SAP and the performance is tulipe, I can definitely improve it. At a £4500 per day consulting fee + expenses of course.

        The problem with most BI systems, is that the programming has been done by people who know BI and can do some ABAP, rather than by experienced ABAP programmers. SAP sell this stuff partly on the basis that you won't need programmers. But this is only true if a) your requirements are simple and b) you're not worried about performance!
