You can open a LTD type company in Uruguay.

You can open a tax free account in Uruguay if you reside out of the country and place 5 figure USD's in the account when you open it - a lot of argentines do this.

one thing you need to be sure of is that you get paid what you agreed.

Get your contract in the UK and get paid in the UK at UK rates.

Montevideo is pretty boring too - Punta del Este is Buenos Aires-on-sea.

Ill be working for Nokia, based in Uraguay for 6 months, they are going to pay in US Dollars. But im am not sure if i need to open a Ltd type company in the UK and have them pay it there, and if ill have to pay any TAX to Uraguay.
