    Ill be working for Nokia, based in Uraguay for 6 months, they are going to pay in US Dollars. But im am not sure if i need to open a Ltd type company in the UK and have them pay it there, and if ill have to pay any TAX to Uraguay.

    You can open a LTD type company in Uruguay.

    You can open a tax free account in Uruguay if you reside out of the country and place 5 figure USD's in the account when you open it - a lot of argentines do this.

    one thing you need to be sure of is that you get paid what you agreed.
