Originally posted by Bulgar9BUT, can we do the same with Batchworth, who took gross payments in the first place? Surely if Batchworth have horded the gross (minus the salary) from our agencies, then we can demand that gross back to pay of the separate loan, as the amounts are the same (except for the 5% management /interest fee).
Does anyone know the legal status of the money Batchworth got (excluding the normal salary). I don’t remember signing anything to say they could “keep” the extra (excluding the salary), any thoughts?
The gross is legally theirs and short of standing up in a court and basically stating that you knowingly engaged in a tax scam (evasion not avoidance) by deliberately hiding your income which would land you in jail you couldn't challenge them.Comment

I really think the level of information being presented here (Bulgar9) should be on a closed forum, or not presented at all. HMRC must be loving this thread.Comment

What dezze said with bells on guys...
Be aware what info you're putting onto this forum.
Can HMRC demand names and and addresses from the mods? Dunno but it's an interesting question..."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

I would like to join your group regarding this matter. I have brushed it under the carpet up until now but now I am losing sleep over it. I have been with TRM for over 2 years and have a huge liability.
I have contacted the webmaster for PM rights so hopefully I can contact you soon.

I am using another PAYE umbrella company but after tax and NI get back only about 58%. I don't want to start my own limited company as I will be relocating abroad in 6 months time so wanted to make the most of my earnings.
Has anyone had good dealings with Talent Resource? Is the loan payment completely written off as they say, or will I be chased by the taxman in the future?
Any feedback will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Fiscal nomad it's legal.Comment
