Is there any Agency Worst than PENTA Consulting..??

Hi Guyz,

If you find any agency worst than PENTA (queen's award winner..!!) please let us know...

- Will never pay money on time usually 3-4 weeks dealyed ie Jan payment will get March first week..!!

- Will play along with Comanies when issues like "ambigous" contract terms..Just will work for company which is recruiting than the consultants..

- Refuse to pay if you leave contrcat even if left with in contract terms..

- Twice escalated to Organaisation abt their payment tactics...

- Heard they are taking 30% more margin...


If any one got worst experience with PENTA consulting please let this group know with details....

This is also a warning to any one trying to be in contrcat with PENTA.

I think you are trying to say "they just work for their client, not the contractor".

What are their payment terms on the contract - if they are going over then sue.

Why wouldn't they work for the recruiting company - remember who pays them.

Escalated to which organisation - hopefully not the client as they are nothing to do with this. See point 1 - if not paid then sue.

You were obviously happy enough with your rate to take the contract in the first place.
