Badenoch & Clark - Contract Update Now IR35 safe(r)

Spoke to Sarah at Bauer & Cotrell

Now having been previously advised that the standard B&C contract wasn't IR35 safe - lacked a decent sub clause had one in there but wasn't amazing. Got told today that Badenoch&Clark have updated their std terms for ltd companies after Sarah got onto them for a while.

They are sending me an updated contract this week. So if you are starting with them soon or renewing then its better to ask for the new contract as its exists.

Can you edit your post so it reads "Badenoch & Clark" instead of "B&C". You make it sound like Bauer & Cotrell have updated their standard contract.
