    How much am I worth?

    Hi all,

I am a Project Manager with over 6 years of work experience.
Apart from the UK, I worked in the US.

During my career, I worked for 2 large international companies.

How much should my daily rate be?

    thank you all

About £10 per day. PM's do nothing but annoy developers.

Now if you were a developer...

You could maybe get £11....cos all they do is cause grief for everyone!!

Kesm that's a big question and only one that you can really work out the answer to.

Which industry? What qualifications do you have? What does your experience consist of? etc etc

PMs can earn anywhere from £300 to £700 I would guess. You've got to have proven your worth and as a PM you have to be confident and able to communicate well with your team as well as more senior management.

Truly, if you're asking us your worth here, and the fact that you've had a run-in with your previous client (the 3.5 day fiasco), I'm not sure of your credentials - but I'm not having a go at you, just trying to figure out where you're coming from.

Thanks TazMan, I understand what you mean about the fiasco. It happened over a disagreement on the rate, nothing to do with my work since the client told my agent that he was happy with my work.

I know what you mean, I only know the experience I have had and the skills I have etc... The 300 - 700 figure will help me identify the rate.

                Cheers

                  What field?
                  What qualifications?
What experience in terms of project size, team size, direct £ responsibility
What stage of projects have you managed?
Any specialist skills - planning, troubleshooting etc etc
