Contract is good re: IR35, however currently the client is moving timesheet system in house and want to pay contractors directly through their payroll system. I still get the same rate but its paid by the client not the agent. This seems a bit worrying to me regarding IR35 - should I be worried? does it matter who pays the invoice?"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. I should clarify - my company account will be credited directly from their system.Originally posted by TheFaQQer View PostGoing through their payroll system would worry me.
Having my invoice paid by the clients AP department would not."Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "
