Contract is good re: IR35, however currently the client is moving timesheet system in house and want to pay contractors directly through their payroll system. I still get the same rate but its paid by the client not the agent. This seems a bit worrying to me regarding IR35 - should I be worried? does it matter who pays the invoice?

Going through their payroll system would worry me.

Having my invoice paid by the clients AP department would not.

I should clarify - my company account will be credited directly from their system.
