Any idea how they are on the IR35 front? Do they have a good standard contract or will they accept you putting forward your own?

Contract is good re: IR35, however currently the client is moving timesheet system in house and want to pay contractors directly through their payroll system. I still get the same rate but its paid by the client not the agent. This seems a bit worrying to me regarding IR35 - should I be worried? does it matter who pays the invoice?

They've been around a while. Never worked for them but they've always acted OK when putting me forward for stuff.
