I've been contracting since 3 years now but it has always been through my umbrella company as I'm an employee of the umbrella. I've recently been offered a fixed term contract but I'm not sure how it would work in my situation - i.e. the PAYE and NI and also the salary bit.
On my previous contracts, the relationship was between my umbrella/the agency/the client and my salary/PAYE/NI was handled by the umbrella company.
Has anyone on this forum tackled this before? if so, would you please share your thoughts and feedback?
