... you can file confirmation statements as often as you like (as long as it's at least once a year), but you only have to pay once a year. So, you can test whether everything is working properly (all relevant identities verified) without waiting for the deadline.

Nice consulting gig for them. Romanian programmers are probably good certainly better than Indian, so lets blame the management!
