real and continuous activity for at least 1 year. I assume that means your ltd has demonstrated that it has been trading for at least one year since its inception. I hope it doesn't mean that you have to show that you've been activnely trading over the last year because that's going to have a real impact if you have only one income stream and your inside IR35 (which I am).
How will you take advantage of the flat tax (I think 15% for 5 years?). I think it's based on income outside of the country, does that means you will not pay HMRC even though your clients are UK based?

    5. Certificate of Mercantile Registry (or similar body of the country) in which the date of Constitution of the company and the type of activity. You must prove a real and continuous activity for at least one year.

Foreign documents must be legalized or apostilled and, where applicable, must be submitted together with an official translation into Spanish.

    4. Company certificate, reflecting:
    a) If he is an employee, the seniority of the worker in the company, as well as the explicit permission of the company to the worker to carry out of remote work.

    b) If you are a self-employed worker, the age of the contractual relationship, as well as the terms and conditions in which you will exercise the professional activity to distance.
If you're going to be picky about point b then the emphasis should be on the "age of the contractual relationship" and not its duration... I have a three year framework agreement with one consultancy that's still valid. I haven't worked for them for a year and it's going to expire soon but the contractual relationship goes back to 2020.

Something directly related to the Spanish Nomad Visa (Portugal too I would suspect) is that the requirement to obtain long-term EU residency status may be lowered from 5 years to 3 years. The draft vote has already passed the EU parliament and the final vote is towards the end of this month.

    https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/new...sident-status/

Theoretically then, if you end up in Spain for 3 years solid you would be eligible for long-term status.
