    company formation agents

    Hi.

Has anyone used, and can recommend, one of the many online company formation agents. A quick google on "company formation" returns a fair few likely looking ads. They are all around the same price so Im really looking for someone who has had a positive experince with one of them.

I dont need anything fancy. Just a bog standard 1 sharholder/ 1 director contractor setup.

    Cheers

    Pickle

If you looked to the right you would have seen: http://www.contractoruk.com/online_c...ion_agent.html

They are no different. Pay your money, get the certificate etc.

They look a fairly respectable outfit, I was leaning towards them anyway. So ,assuming you had no hassles with them, I will give them a whirl. 35 quid is cheap enough even for me.

        Ta.

I wish I'd got my accountant to do mine. It would have made a few things easier.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Yep. Nixon Williams will do it for free and better than some company formation agents.

I went through Duport (company formation agents) and they formed the company with their names as directors although apparently that isn't necessary anymore.

So now I have to wait as Companies House change over the names etc, so it has ended up taking longer than it should.

                    Go with Nixon Williams.
